Sparkling provides automotive detailing, car-wash, and related vehicle care services across multiple outlets. Service availability, pricing, and offerings may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

3. SMS Notifications & Messaging

By using any of our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages and other notifications from Sparkling. These communications may include:

• Service confirmations and appointment reminders.

• Order status updates and vehicle readiness alerts.

Opting Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message sent by Sparkling. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a final confirmation message and cease further SMS communications to your number.

Opting Back In: If you have previously opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS notifications, text START to our messaging number. Standard messaging consent terms will apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is left in an appropriate condition for the requested service.

• Remove valuables from your vehicle before service. Sparkling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in a vehicle during service.

• Pay for services rendered in full at the time of service or as agreed.

5. Payment

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change and applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sparkling's liability for any damage occurring during or as a result of our services is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions that were present before the service was performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkling shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with Sparkling are our exclusive property or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
